POSITION SUMMARY

The Pest Services Service Specialist position is responsible for providing timely and proper service to maintain pest free accounts for the assigned customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Adhere to service protocols while providing service to clients

Complete scheduled services according to schedule

Provide timely response to client extra service calls

Ensure daily reports and paperwork are completed accurately and on time

Maintain vehicle and equipment to pass safety and other scheduled inspections

Completion of corporate training program as requested

Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Attend company meetings and trainings as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Valid Drivers License with an acceptable motor vehicle record

1 year of commercial or residential pest industry experience

Ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle and equipment to ensure proper operating condition
