Responsibilities
- Deliver results oriented private coaching to our members.
- Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing clients.
- Motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans and tracking progress.
- Guide and educate members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs.
- Achieve minimum production requirements.
- Work hard, have a passion for fitness and the UFC, and bring enthusiasm every day.
Education & Qualifications
- For Fitness Coaches, Nationally recognized certification (example NASM, ACE, etc.) is required.
- Preferred experience building and servicing a personal training client base.
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Demonstrated ability to sell through world class customer service
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
- Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills
