Our caregivers focus on each patient and client to deliver the appropriate care and emotional support to our patients and their families.

As a Primary Care Floater, you will provide personal care and other support services for people with disabilities and the elderly in our community services, helping them meet their goals and keeping good record of their progress.

Primary purpose is to fill the gaps in service due to staff call offs, request off, and temporary openings, created as result of new consumer referrals or staff resignation and/termination, etc. This position requires the availability to work a FLEXIBLE 7-DAY schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist patients by providing personal care services such as:

• bathing,
• dressing,
• grooming,
• personal hygiene,
• meal preparation,
• shopping,
• cleaning, etc.

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment adhering to professional standards.

Servicing patients across the Dallas Metroplex!

Hours are 25-40 per week.

Must have:

• 1-2 years' experience as a Attendant/Caregiver
• A passion for serving people with differing abilities and and track record of dependability.
• Background clearance
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift and transport people
• Reliable transportation
