We are looking for a personal assistant that will work alongside our management team. We have 7 locations in Pasadena, Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley and are growing rapidly. You will mainly work out of our flagship location in Panorama City but will be required to work from location to location on a day by day basis.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Coordinating employee schedules
- Reading and responding to emails through multiple accounts
- Connecting with vendors: placing orders, following up with order status, ensuring delivery
- Assist with miscellaneous operations related projects.
- Run personal and business related errands as needed.
- Provide general support for other administrative duties and personal needs as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be extremely tech savvy
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have open availability
- Must have reliable transportation
