- Supports Pega Decision Engine for Customer officers presented through various channels.
Technical Skills/ Experience:
- Experience working with version 7.3 and above of Pega.
- Experience working with Pega PRPC (Pega Customer Decision Hub for Marketing).
- Responsible for working closely with the business to build and maintain Pega rulesets, strategies, treatments, offers/actions.
- Experience in Data Integration and Design (Models, API, and Database Integration).
- Experience in working in on an Agile Team.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in the Pega environment.
- Pega Certifications - Nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Working in agile team to support business requirements and stories to do the development and testing.
- Attending daily stand-up meetings.
Position Location:
- Open to Remote Work but Pittsburgh PA / Strongsville OH / Birmingham AL / Dallas TX preferred.
