Provides supportive peer counseling and advocacy to adult consumers receiving services at the new Mental Health Urgent Care. Demonstrate knowledge of mental illness and the services available in the community. Must be a survivor of mental illness with a minimum of 1 year in recovery. Expected to obtain certification as a Certified Recovery Support Practitioner.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in related mental health field preferred.

Special Requirements: Valid driver’s license in good standing. Bi-lingual (Spanish) helpful.
