Carolina Kidz Therapy, LLC is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. The position is for clinic and in-home pedicatric therapy in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement is included.
Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
The person selected to fill this position will work with children with a variety of diagnoses and their families to help them meet developmental milestones. Diagnoses range in severity, complexity, and co-morbidity, including but not limited to: Dysphagia, Autism, Down Syndrome, developmental delay, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, neurological conditions, stuttering, voice disorders, and other various conditions. Services will be delivered in the home or a daycare setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform selected components of speech therapy intervention to include treatment, measurement and data collection in accordance with laws, regulatory requirements, and ASHA documents.
- Implement treatment plans designed to help patients develop within their natural environment.
- Implement screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations using delegated assessments and providing reports of observations and resident capacities.

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
