We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Social Worker to join our team of top pediatric specialists. This role would cover Saturdays or afternoons Ideal candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidence-based practice in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative setting through one-on-one and group sessions with children and adolescents, and providing family support through direct service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services for therapy groups, individual therapy sessions and daily case management tasks.
  • Complete daily treatment notes, initial and annual evaluations, plan of care documents to update goals and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
  • Utilize the most current evidence based treatment and theoretical models that align with Eyas Landing guiding theories of practice.
  • Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.
  • Collaborate with scheduling team to manage caseload requirements.
  • Create visual schedules, social stories, and home programs to help support therapy goals.
  • Participate in required supervision meetings for first six months of employment and as needed per discretion of supervisor.
  • Report directly to your supervisor on all tasks, employee performance and meetings as needed.
  • Participate in quarterly performance check-ins with supervisor and clinic director.
  • Participate in all required company orientation, professional development days and ongoing trainings as required.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings, department meetings and as needed team meetings.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirement

  • Masters degree required
  • LCPC, LSW or LCSW
  • Flexible Full Time, Part Time, 4 10s or 5 8s.
  • Experience working with children with special needs strongly preferred
