Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Courageous Kids, LLC Pediatric Therapy is a Christian-based organization currently seeking a Part time or Full time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cordova.

We have two outpatient clinics, in Arlington and Cordova and we also provide services in the preferred environment (ie. daycares, homes, and schools) Come join our multidisciplinary team of pediatric SLPs, OTs and PTs. This position is for providing services in our Cordova clinic for 3-4 days a week as well as in the community (homes, preschools and daycares) if desired. Mentorship available for both environments.

Ideal candidates would be licensed in the state of TN and have at least one year experience working with the pediatric population. Familiarity and a love for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing disorder, feeding disorders and other genetic/developmental disorders is preferred. Knowledge and experience in treatment with feeding preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients with a variety of pediatric disorders.
• Completing reports in a timely manner
• Educating family members on Home Exercise Programs
• Implementing evidence-based practices to increase functional independence through play.

Applicants who enjoy working in pediatrics, are looking for 24-40 hours a week, have certifications in feeding and/or handwriting and have a TN license are highly encouraged to apply. Mentorship is available. Continuing education reimbursement also available.
