CustomCARE is one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota that serves children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly population. We are currently seeking PCAs and homemakers to assist clients with personal cares, activities of daily living, errand running, homemaking, homework help, and outings in the community.

One client, an active male child in Bloomington, MN needs after school assistance Monday-Friday with his activities of daily living, playtime interaction and evening activities. He requires supervision and hands-on assistance at all times with:
· Bathing
· Skin Care - Relaxation
· Oral Care
· Nail Care
· Toileting
· Dress/Undress
· Meals, Snacks, Fluids
· Social Behaviors and Activities - Outdoor/Indoor
· Behavior Management - Redirecting
· Light housekeeping (for child only)
· Shopping/Errands/Appointments (as needed)
Immediate need for these shifts:
* After school Monday-Friday 3:30pm-8pm
* Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm
