Corporate Payroll Clerk
The Cato Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of value-priced women’s fashion apparel with corporate offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates three concepts: Cato, It’s Fashion and Versona. Cato is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk. This position will be responsible for weekly processing of payroll information for field associates in preparation for biweekly processing of payroll, daily processing of direct deposit accounts and taxes, processing garnishments, providing phone support, maintaining Payroll Support emails, assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, and payroll filing.
Qualified candidates must have previous 1 to 2 years payroll experience in an automated environment, help desk/customer service support experience and basic Microsoft Office knowledge. In addition, Lawson, garnishment/child support and ADP iPay website experience would be a plus.
