Hours:
· Monday-Friday 1st8a-5p
· No Weekends
Compensation for Payroll Assistant:
· $17.00/hour
· Duration: 9-12 months
Duties include:
· Process multi-state, multi-company high volume payrolls
· Withholding tax returns and payments
· State Unemployment Insurance tax returns and payments
· Process payroll forms
· Prepare checks for mailout
· Scanning payroll documents and reports
· Other payroll duties as assigned
Required experience:
· Basic computer skills
· Attention to detail
· Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting
· Confidentiality is a must
· Excellent Customer Service
· Works well in team environment
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Microsoft Programs
· Prior experience
