Payroll and Benefits Coordinator Job at Leeds Professional

We are looking for a payroll and benefits coordinator for an immediate need. My client, a popular and well-established jewelry manufacturer and distributor, is looking for support in their HR department. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and will have some kind of administrative experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day onboarding
  • Answer initial employee related calls
  • Review payroll entries as needed
  • Maintain employee files
  • Assist with references
  • Assist with general HR protects

Required

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year in a busy HR department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience using a payroll software, ADP, UKG or other platform

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Physical setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
