Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Role and responsibilities:
- Manage payroll project plans and processes for international expansion.
- Work closely with the Payroll Leader, team members, and vendor for successful implementation.
- Understand various payroll processes and tools.
- Drive and execute project plans, including managing change and adoption.
- Assist in configuring payroll systems based on vendor requirements.
- Ensure payroll configurations are properly tested and approved.
- Document processes accurately.
- Identify and manage issues and risks.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in Payroll operations or Payroll implementation.
- Proven work experience in Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Human Resources Information Systems.
- Preferred diverse HR experience including payroll, operations, benefits, immigration, etc.
- Experience with both US and international payroll.
- Good understanding of project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support operations.
- Ability to document and improve operational processes.
- Self-starter who can take initiative and lead implementation.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in operations management, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to $80.00 per hour
