PATROL & ONSITE SECURITY OFFICER

Arcadia Security PNW, headquartered in Vancouver WA, provides patrol and onsite security throughout the greater Portland & Vancouver area. We specialize in armed, vehicular patrol, predominantly from 6:30pm till 5am, for commercial and large-scale residential properties. We are a growing company who already patrols over 250 properties!

Our Credo

Professionalism is paramount; therefore, our company focuses on providing our officers with the proper training and the correct tools to keep them safe while on duty. Basic training in addition to state licensing includes two weeks' training with an experienced officer in patrol.

Training Opportunities!
For those wanting to make a career in the security field, Arcadia Security PNW trains all our officers in every facet of the job to Oregon and Washington certification standards that police officers must have. Our officers are provided all the tools needed for safety and success to include uniforms, custom protective vests, bodycams, along with Tasers and OC spray once certified. Officers must, however, provide their own service weapon which the company will lease from them per Washington State law.

Growing with our Company
Beyond in-house, certified training, Arcadia Security PNW offers all employees three initial performance reviews within the first year which include the 90-Day Probational Review, the 180-Day Performance Review, and then Annual Review thereafter. Officers can also be crossed trained to work in our Dispatch unit as a Flex officer.

Note! DPSST & WA DOL regulations for armed patrol require the applicant to be 21 years of age. While this is not a bar to applying, it severely limits opportunities within the company to unarmed patrol accounts. It is recommended to apply after turning 21.
