Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Representative for our Southlake, TX clinic. The primary responsibility for our Patient Service Representative is to connect with our patients and provide them with compassion, understanding and accurate information on the various treatment options available. What You’ll Do
  • Passionately educate every patient about the benefits of the various treatment options Serenity provides.
  • Effectively communicate with all patients the scientific research supporting treatment options.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for patients and peers.
  • Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, mental health status and medication history.
  • Work directly with an assigned provider to maximize exceptional patient care.
  • Assist with daily clinical operations.
  • Drive positive patient results.

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer or patient facing role
  • Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
  • Passion for helping others in a patient-centric culture.

This is a full-time position consisting of 3 13-hour shifts.
Our hours of operation are from 6 am-8 pm M-F, 7 am-7 pm Saturdays.
