BSW Bryant Irvin is seeking an energetic and self-motivated PSS to join the team! This multi-disciplinary clinic is comprised of 7 dynamic clinicians (OT/PT/SLP). The successful candidate will be a great communicator, flexibile, hard-working, attentive to detail, accountable, and enjoys working with others or independently. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service, task-oriented and organized.
Select Medical/Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. This is an entry level position, starting pay is $18.00 an hour based off of experience. Responsibilities:

Hours vary: M-Th between 7 a.m.- 6 p.m , Fri 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.

- Greets patients
- Answers phones
- Patient intake and data entry
- Insurance verification and pre-authorization
- Schedules patient appointments
- Operates front office of outpatient centers
- Supports therapists and therapy assistants
- Daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED is required
Preferred Experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification preferred
- Healthcare, Medical, Dental office administration preferred
