Position Summary:
Meet/greet patients; Register patients for appointments; schedule new appointments and follow-up appointments for PT, OT, and SLP Rehab; document appropriately in EPIC with scheduling issues; clerical responsibilities including filling, copying, light typing, faxing, scanning, running errands, co-pay collection; telephone calling/answering phones for 12 phone lines; providing the patient with new appointment paperwork and assisting patients with the completion of paperwork if necessary; must possess excellent service skills to treat all patients, staff, and visitors with respect and kindness.

Education:
High school diploma

Work Experience:
6 months of customer service experience preferred
