If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train the right individual to become a patient care coordinator and handle all aspects of our patient’s orders!
This is full-time Monday- Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, located in Richardson Texas; Must live in Dallas Ft worth as we come into the office and work from home on a hybrid schedule.
Job Details:
- Completing patient authorization renewal process including verifying insurance.
- Communicating with patients and physicians’ offices.
- Completing submission and/or follow-up on any required documents/forms.
- Completing submission and/or follow-up on pre-certification and/or pre-authorization.
- Assisting with answering phones and updating patients on anything related to their accounts.
- Must be a critical thinker, capable of multi-tasking, and thinking outside the box. Not afraid to ask questions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Brightree Experience is preferred, but not required.
- DME experience is preferred and respiratory and enteral supplies and equipment are a plus.
- Computer savvy, proficient in most Microsoft Office products.
- Well-spoken and is a team player.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are preferred.
- Detailed and capable of multi-tasking is a must.
- Competence and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance carriers, particularly Medicaid and MCO’s a plus.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check; Benefits include 401k and medical/dental/life insurance.
