To establish a mechanism for the positive resolution of customer complaints, as well as, a tracking mechanism for the problem identification and resolution. Ensures that the Health System achieves industry-leading patient customer service and patient satisfaction.
Education: High school graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience.
Experience: Three years’ experience as a Patient Advocate or related customer relations experience required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook. Knowledge of Medical Terminology. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
