Key Elements of the Job
Work well with others in an intense environment
Demonstrate an ability to follow recipes and instructions
Communicate professionally and courteously to FOH and peers
Ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment
Work a flexible schedule, both AM and PM which adapts to the needs of the operation
Executive daily service while maintaining the needed pars for the bake shop
Preform daily responsibilities with a can do attitude
Work closely with team mates to deliver the highest quality of service and product to our guest. This includes butt is not limited to: Leaving detailed pass ons, executing the prep list from the day before, and letting a Sous Chef/Lead know when a product is running low
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 year of experience in restaurants or catering
Culinary education preferred
Strong command of the English language
Hard working and efficient with time
An ability to handle multiple prep or cooking tasks simultaneously in the most efficient manner
