VVG is looking for a Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Whittier, CA for following hours: Monday-Friday between 7:30am-4:00pm; 8:30am-5pm!

What You'll Do:
VVG is looking for a dynamic and self-starting individual for the role of Parts Warehouse Person. You will be responsible for pulling parts to fulfill customers’ orders, prepare and generate invoices and prepare the part orders for delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders
• Pulls materials and parts and places orders in delivery area
• Prepares invoices for parts orders
• Interacts with drivers
• Organize driver’s routes according to filled orders
• Processes all invoices received from drivers
• Performs physical count of inventory
• Reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports
• Receives, unpacks and delivers goods
• Re-stocks items as necessary
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
• Monitors and maintains current inventory level
• Processes purchasing orders as required
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain area clean
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work stations organized and neat
• Maintains clean shipping supply area
• Complies with procedures, rules and regulations

Compensation:

• Hourly $17-$19 based on experience and qualifications
• Full Time position
