About Us: Hourly Pay plus base commission, monthly goals (ability to earn an extra $250 in monthly bonuses- top sellers up to $550 and tier bonuses where in a 2 week period if you have 3 out of 5 metrics in high tier you will earn an extra 15% for all base commission and possible monthly spiffs in that period. We have a fantastic uncapped commission structure. Even if you've never done any sales before we can teach you how to maximize your paycheck!

PT will be about 28-34 hours a week. We pay hourly and commission out bi-weekly. We are a Cricket Authorized Retailer with 15 locations across Kentucky. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not a requirement. Customer service background is a MUST and cash handling is also preferred.

We are looking for someone with afternoon/evening availability. 2-3 shifts during the week will be 11:45- 8:15 p.m. (estimate must wait on any customers already in the store at 8pm) throughout the week. 10-6 Saturday, and 12-5 Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours, 4 days a week (except Sunday which is a 5 hour shift). Sundays are alternated between staff members. You will have the option to request off up to 2 shifts per 2 week schedule. Looking for someone reliable. We are a small staff and need people who aren't going to call in for non-emergencies.

Job Duties:We assist customers with activating new service, upgrading existing customers, bill pays, feature changes, and more. Relatively fast paced. Normal retail responsibilities: cash handling, cleaning, inventory, store opening and closing lists along with sales responsibilities: meeting revenue goals, meeting quality metric goals, and marketing .

Can be commissionable in about 2 weeks. Schedule during training will fluctuate between opens and closes. Which would be 9:45-6 M-F and some closing shifts as well.
