Position Overview: The Client Services Intern assists the Client Services team with administrative and clerical tasks. This position will provide the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about different aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Verifies entered customer and account information.
  • Enter orders for parts and standard conveyors.
  • Maintains and utilizes CRM tool for case management.
  • Assists with reporting, processing RMA forms, and miscellaneous Client Services tasks
