WHAT YOU'LL DO


People Development Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train quality Educational Ambassadors who are knowledgeable about the client’s products
  • Conduct regular training of Educational Ambassadors to ensure their knowledge on brand standards and execution guidelines
  • Provide Educational Ambassadors with clear direction, expectations and constructive feedback to improve execution standards and results on all promotions
  • Communicate all event standards to ensure successful execution
  • Closely monitor and track all promotions
  • Motivate Educational Ambassadors to display great attitudes and leave a positive brand impression on the consumer
  • Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel


Client Relationship Responsibilities:

  • Become the single point of contact for the local client and management at the dispensaries
  • Ensure that TEAM Enterprises’ objectives clearly align with Client’s objectives
  • Maintain regular contact and communication between Client personnel and TEAM Enterprises
  • Meet with Client to gather information, with the aim of maintaining product and industry knowledge
  • Ensure clear and open lines of communication


Field Execution Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert on the client’s brand and business, and cannabis category as a whole… and share that knowledge and passion with others
  • Establish strong working relationships with Budtenders within key account list and become a trusted resource and partner, helping them excel in their roles
  • Provide in-market training and support and ensure TEAM and Client quality standards are inline
  • Schedule and execute your own In-Store Activations and staff additional ISAs within assigned geographic area of responsibility with Education Ambassadors
  • Increase the sales and preference of client’s brands through the following:

 Provide Budtenders with talking points, sales tips and training

 Provide account with in-store activations to help sell the bran

  • Staff and assist any brand, trade or special events in market


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Complete all paperwork and meet administrative deadlines
  • Manage all informational requests of field personnel, and recap key takeaways for TEAM management
  • Maintain an accurate log of all applicable state licensing requirements
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of client assets and equipment including point of sale and giveaways
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations
