The Kids Hope Alliance is actively seeking to fill two (2) Part-Time KHA - Program Quality Manager positions.

This position reports to the the KHA - Director of Quality Assessment and ensures KHA-funded programs: a) meet/exceed all internal and external requirements related to quality and accountability; and b) are properly trained to perform these tasks. Primary responsibilities include the following:

Examples of Work

  • Establishes a safe environment for the sharing of ideas, solutions and difficulties and the capacity to detect, analyze and respond quickly to program deficiencies.
  • Promotes accountability, learning and knowledge management as part of the implementation of KHA-funded programming.
  • Coordinates technical assistance and capacity strengthening for program teams and partners in quality standards and related KHA-required operational activities.
  • Identifies training opportunities, develops training curriculums and delivers training.
  • Coordinates program and agency evaluation efforts in collaboration with Contract Management department.
  • Enters collected information into relevant systems to analyze and utilize data collected to improve program outcomes.
  • Works with Director to monitor assessment data and site visit feedback for continuous quality improvements.
  • Collaborates with Program Directors to create and track progress towards distinct short-term, intermediary, and long-term goals.
  • Monitors quality and create plans for improvement along best practice standards established by the Results Based Accountability model.
  • Works with program staff to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Garners feedback from programs on needed trainings and support to facilitate quality.
  • Ensures effective systems to track progress, and regularly assess program components, so as to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the Board, funders, and other constituents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Open Requirements/Supplemental Information

This is a part-time position working 15 - 25 hours per week.


  • Bachelors’ degree from an accredited institution with
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in similar work is required OR two (2) years as an Early Learning Coach.
  • Must pass a Level 2 background screening prior to employment.
  • Travel may be required and must have reliable transportation.
