Part-time Customer Service Representative Job at Docket

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly customer service representative to join our customer service team. We are looking for a candidate who can assist Docket customers with inquires, issues, and concerns by using the proper channels of communication. Hours required: 3 PM - 7PM EST, Monday-Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat
  • Maintain records of customer interaction and customer accounts
  • Relay problems and concerns through the proper channels
  • Uses knowledge and tools to provide solutions to assist customers

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
  • Service-oriented

Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent (Required)
  • Customer service experience (Recommended)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
