Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly customer service representative to join our customer service team. We are looking for a candidate who can assist Docket customers with inquires, issues, and concerns by using the proper channels of communication. Hours required: 3 PM - 7PM EST, Monday-Friday
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat
- Maintain records of customer interaction and customer accounts
- Relay problems and concerns through the proper channels
- Uses knowledge and tools to provide solutions to assist customers
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
- Service-oriented
Qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Customer service experience (Recommended)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
