What You'll Do

The Parking Supervisor performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. Depending on the needs of the location the Parking Supervisor provides customer service, including helping customers with entry/exit transactions, maintaining parking equipment in operating condition with receipt paper and free of jams, providing vehicle jump starts to customers. You will work closely with fellow team members, and Operations Manager, to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times. The Parking Supervisor will oversee and help operate event parking and shuttle operations.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional, caring, respectful customer service experiences for all customers and tenants.
  • Ensure location is operated and maintained to company standards.
  • Daily safety inspections and equipment checks.
  • Supervise, schedule and train customer service representatives.
  • Must ensure staff and working areas are kept clean, neat, and free from any obstacles.
  • Monitor and report to Account management all parking business indicators.
  • Communicate parking operation suggestions and recommendations to Account Manager.
  • Source equipment vendors and track all service and repairs.
  • Maintain and request staff uniforms as needed.
  • Prioritize jobs with staff and account manager as needed.
  • Activate monthly access cards and program validation tickets.
  • Ensures staff complete daily revenue and shift reports.
  • Balance and ensure daily shift reports match revenues collected.
  • Collect and deposit cash daily.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Be organized and maintain stock of tools, keys and inventory required for staff to perform their jobs.
  • Correspondence and communicate professionally with all company departments as needed.
  • Dealing with irate customers and solving their issues with the best of their ability as set out in site policy and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to telephone, intercom and email inquiries.
  • Computer skills with the ability to create logs and checklists as needed for operations manager or staff.
  • Basic knowledge of parking equipment on site, access card readers, ticket readers, POS machine, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment repairs.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager. These are guidelines and express the minimum expectations, other duties may be assigned.
