Monday-Friday (no weekends or major holidays), $15+TIPS, 8AM-4:30PM, Full-time. This position is located at the main entrance of Beaumont/Corewell Hospital-Grosse Pointe

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required. However, a background in guest service or hospitality is strongly recommended. The ability to run, walk, and stand throughout the shift and in all types of weather is also essential. Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation is also a must.

All valet team members are expected to:

• Maintain a well kempt and professional appearance
• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.

The Valet Supervisor will work right alongside the valet team and carry out the above duties, along with but not limited to the following:

• Work closely with client/facility management
• Communicate effectively with the Corporate Office in a timely manner
• Maintain proper staffing levels at all times
• Directly oversee all day-to-day activities associated with opening, managing and closing.
• Ensures the facility and employees are operating in accordance with company policy
• Responsible for resolving those guest concerns that are brought to his/her attention by the valet team.
• Responsible for documenting Incident Forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by the Corporate Office.
