As a Paralegal in the Food & Drug Law Group, you will be part of a dedicated team that handles a wide range of regulatory work, focusing on foods, dietary supplements, OTC drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics. Your Paralegal expertise will play a crucial role in supporting clients and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

Preferred qualifications for this Paralegal role include:

• Experience with FTC advertising requirements, claims substantiation, investigations, and regulations.
• Familiarity with NAD challenges, ingredient reviews, label and labeling compliance, and advertising claims safety evaluations.
• Knowledge of 510(k) assessments, recall issues, import/export matters, and FDA inspections.
• Understanding of civil investigative demand letters, California Proposition 65, and good manufacturing regulations for supplements

What you bring to the table as an experienced Paralegal:

BA and Paralegal certificate.
Regulartory Paralegal experience preferred
On your way to law school or grad school in 2-3 years.
Government agency experience preferred
BA and Paralegal Certificate
At least one year Paralegal experience required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
