Position Summary: The Paid Social Specialist leads paid social strategy across various platforms, including: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn and The Trade Desk. The Paid Social Specialist will mentor and manage a team of Media Analysts, providing strategic direction, overseeing media campaign execution, ongoing management including budget pacing and optimizations, and ongoing reporting oversight and refinement.

Minimum Skills & Requirements:

• Three to five plus (3-5+) years of experience in Media Planning, Media Buying, Media Strategy specific to Paid Social
  • CPG experience a plus
• Three plus (3+) years of client facing experience
• In-platform expert in paid social platforms: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience analyzing data and creating actionable insight from that data, with proven track record of evolving media campaigns to exceed clients’ performance goals
• Exceptional leadership capability with proven track record of managing team members

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing strategy development across select clients, working closely with Account team and other Media team members to leverage client business goals and insight to create innovative and effective paid media strategies
• Perform ongoing analysis of paid media campaigns, providing clients and internal team members with campaign optimization recommendations
• Lead campaign reporting and insight analysis; cadence varies by client
• Quality assurance of all campaign set up prior to campaign launch for select clients
• Management of one to two (1-2) Media Analysts, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, feedback and support
