Role:

We have an immediate opening for a Overhead Door Technician - Service & Install at our Mason City location. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Overhead Door Technician will service and install overhead doors focusing on quality, safety and superior customer service. Carpentry experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person. Must have a valid driver’s license. The Overhead Door Technician provides 40+ hours per week, competitive pay and full benefits. The Overhead Door Technician role is a permanent, full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Install overhead garage door for commercial businesses
• Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and carry out required work on overhead garage doors
• Communicate with the service scheduler on problem solving and required parts
• Other duties, as assigned

Skills:

• Experience installing and servicing overhead garage doors
• Customer focused, with strong work ethic
• Team player with positive attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with heights (ladders & lifts)
• Good physical condition
• Able to work outdoors in every weather condition
• Strong safety mindset
• Willing and able to successfully complete pre-site access requirements
