If you are a mental health professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of youth and their families and work in a supportive and caring environment focused on quality client care, professional training and growth and employee well-being, consider applying as a therapist in our outpatient or intensive outpatient programs. You must have a Master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited university. You also must be registered with the Behavioral Board of Sciences. Child-adolescent mental health experience preferred and bilingual Spanish required.

Therapist Role and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Psychosocial/diagnostic/risk assessment
• Individual/family/group therapy and crisis support
• Clinical documentation in an electronic health record system
• Telehealth and in-person services (currently we have a hybrid work policy and are providing some of our services via telehealth)
• Clinic/school/home—based services depending on client and program needs (currently providing some of our services via telehealth)
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Linkage to other services and resources

What We Are Looking For

• Have a master’s degree in social work or counseling psychology from an accredited university
• Registered as a ACSW/AMFT with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) OR possess a valid CA LCSW/LMFT
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization/time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,480.00 - $72,500.00 per year
