As a process improvement consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, change management, and facilitation
• Experience with planning and executing large projects, including the management of events or workshops
• Knowledge of frameworks aligned to strategy
• Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy to transformation efforts in the public sector
• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to develop presentations and work products using advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification
