MyPoint Credit Union is seeking an Organizational Development Training Specialist for our Kearny Mesa location. The position is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and implementing training, continued education, learning and development activities and change management initiatives throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program, three (3) years of experience in the finance industry, especially in the areas of branch operations and sales. Additionally, the candidate must have knowledge in curriculum development and adult learning theories and methods including ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, eLearning and classroom training, with the ability to capture the attention of adult learners in small and large group settings. The candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, possess exceptional communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and correspond with all levels of staff, members, and general public.
Starting range: $24.50 - $35.00
