Full time opening for an Optometric Technician in a paperless Optometric Practice.
Experience desired but not necessary – Will Train
Perform preliminary and diagnostic testing for doctors
Document data into patient’s electronic health record
Instruct patient on insertion, removal, and care of contact lenses
Answer phone calls, check in patients, and schedule appointments
Various administrative duties upon request
Job Requirements
Must be comfortable using a computer
Careful attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
Must be organized, punctual, reliable and work well under pressure
A willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
Outstanding communication ability in person, on the phone, and in writing
A cooperative attitude, and a team player
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday
Salary: Starts at $14.00 p/hour depending on experience
