Responsibilities:
Position Summary

As the Operations Training Coordinator, you will impact PSA Airlines’ business growth through the development of Pilot and Flight Attendant trainings. In scheduling trainings, preparing files, arranging travel, and entering data you will aid in providing complete, compliant training that will ensure safe and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant qualification records as well as file ongoing training records
  • Monitor all travel logistics for Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees’
  • Adjust trainee travel as necessary
  • Plan and execute Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees training schedules in Comply and CrewTrac
  • Manage and assign instructor schedules to best support training needs
  • Proactively identifies instructor gaps in training operations
  • Build Pilot and Flight Attendant instructor schedules in CrewTrac
  • Manage hotel and travel for pilot and flight attendant instructors
  • Handle pairing modifications for Pilots and Flight Attendants training in CrewTrac, as needed
  • Monitor training schedule to ensure all regulatory training requirements are scheduled, assigned, conducted and recorded
  • Schedule and input in CrewTrac Pilot Line Checks
  • Schedule and input in CrewTrac Schedule LCA FAA observations
  • Schedule and input in CrewTrac Instructor Line Flying
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Prepares data for flight decisions
  • Audit records for accuracy
  • Responsible for the Company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
  • In absence, the Manager of Training Administration will handle and delegate duties
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Required:
  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in an office, administrative and/or customer service
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to speak/read/write in English.
  • If hired, must be able to provide proof or right to work in the U.S

Preferred:
  • Previous Aviation field desired
  • Associates Degree

Supervisory Responsibility:
This is not a supervisory position
Work Environment: This job operates approximately 90% of the time inside a climate controlled building and approximately 10% of the time outside in all types of weather. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; climb up and down stairs; bend/stoop; occasionally push/pull and lift weight up to 75 lbs.; use hands to grasp, finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. On rare occasions may be required to crawl, use fine manipulations, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
