Operations Managers responsibilities:
  • Manages day to day leadership of a team of Executive Assistants.
  • Manages hiring and portfolio decisions of Executive Assistants within their respective departments.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to Executive Assistants
  • Assesses and manages Executive Assistant performance including performance improvement plans, development plans, and formal performance reviews
  • Responsible for setting clear goals for direct reports, monitoring their skills and performance, and providing coaching on an ongoing basis
  • Supports ongoing team lead development through delegation of various tasks and responsibilities
  • Tracks and monitors budget for people related expenses (i.e. staff rewards, food, etc )
  • Oversees executive coverage for EA vacations and supports in overall vacation coverage
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Executives that fall within the team portfolio, creating a positive and consistent experience for new and tenured Executives.
  • Supports in roll out of all new processes and policies that impact the team.
  • Oversees all aspects of performance management including Mid Year and Year End processes.
  • Fosters a sense of team through rewards and recognition, team development and team building activities.
qualifications:
  • 2-4 years leadership experience.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company.
  • Knowledge of the department an asset

compensation and benefits package

For Washington applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $75,800-$99,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
