SUMMARY:

At the direction of the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of security services, staffing, scheduling, equipment, administrative, performance, training, payroll, and site operations. The Operations Manager is on call 24/7 and is required to respond to communications from all business contacts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the recruitment, training and, management of Account Managers to maintain and improve relationships/ communications
• Must monitor, advise, and provide solutions all business contacts with all information regarding security issues and recruitment
• Must have exceptional people skills to manage and maintain employees, clients, and all business relationships with integrity
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player to help identify and solve problems
• Responsible for regular review and placement of the pending and active no hours employee list
• Must have exceptional professionalism and ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality
• Be a point of contact for the Account Managers to maintain employee disciplinary issues
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Meet with clients on a regular basis to ensure overall client satisfaction
• Excellent oral and written communications with all business contacts
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to all business contacts
• Ability to use Microsoft suite
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of prior Security Management experience
• Previous experience managing others dealing with security and emergency situations
• Must have excellent time, project, and prioritization management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have poise under pressure in high-stress situations
• Must have intermediate computer skills

PREFERRED:

• Previous experience using WinTeam and Google Suite
• Bachelor’s degree
