We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and operational functions of the medical office to ensure high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the medical office operations, including staffing, budgeting, facility management, scheduling, patient services, billing, and collections.
  • Oversee Marketing and Social Media presence.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall quality of care.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and external stakeholders to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the office budget, including revenue projections, expense management, and capital expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and emergency preparedness policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a medical office or clinic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures.

Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
