We are looking to hire an Operations Management professional in the Washington DC area to lead a comprehensive citation management program. The ideal candidate will have strong operations management experience, including parking systems implementations and integrations as well as a track record for building excellent client relationships.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a small team of associates. You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client. You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies. (Position is ON-SITE in WASHINGTON (DC), with opportunity for remote work. Must live in DC area.)
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership implementing and managing new and existing operational processes with varying degrees of complexity.
- Leading the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer stakeholders, Conduent program management team, and technical resources.
- Preparing and managing project implementation plans and schedules, project budget, and profit/loss.
- Coordinating between customer and program management team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing operations:
Requirements
- PMP Certification REQUIRED.
- 5+ years equivalent work experience in dealing with municipal government clients.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing large-scale complex implementations.
- Able to demonstrate organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills along with proven negotiation and client relationships skills.
- Able to demonstrate advanced skills in Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Word software.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in using Python programming language, Business Objects/ SAP applications, and ESRI mapping application.
