Position Responsibilities

• Accountable for administration, production, KPI’s, quality, and safety.
• Execute Strategic Labor Planning based on forecasted volume across assigned functional areas.
• Monitor financial spend and execute in accordance to budget expectations.
• Establishes flexible business plans, and set goals and objectives related to assigned functional areas and the entire operation.
• Provides direction on key responsibilities: Productivity monitoring, reporting and feedback; quality performance and feedback; inventory integrity in all processes; safety training, reporting, and policy; and loss prevention training and awareness.
• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment, able to show year-on-year improvements in accident and injury statistics by leading and administering all safety initiatives.
• Partners effectively with own leadership team, as well as with teams and other business unit executive leaders off site at other Distribution facilities and at the corporate office.

Qualifications:

• Able to work 2nd Shift hours 3pm – 11:30pm
• Distribution Center Experience 10+ years preferred
• Demonstrated experience in structured continuous improvement efforts
• 5+ years in distribution center leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Operations or related field preferred
• Strong exposure to lean six sigma preferred
