Aon Is Looking For An Operations Coordinator


As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Operations Team within Aon Affinity, in Ft. Washington, PA. This position will be performed in the Ft. Washington office, M-F.


Your Impact As An Operations Coordinator


Job Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and process payments and address exceptions as necessary
  • Responsible for the timely and efficient sorting of printed documents
  • Prepare correspondence and forms for mailing
  • Liaison and assist with management and staff with a variety of clerical tasks
  • Maintain department productivity standards and goals
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned


You Bring Knowledge and Expertise


Required Experience:


  • Strong keyboarding / data entry skills
  • Strong PC skills - proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy


Preferred Experience:


  • 2+ years general office experience or customer service


Education:


  • High School Diploma or GED

Salary range


The salary range for this position is $30,000 to $33,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
