Responsibilities:
The Operations Associate position performs a variety of office support functions and may specialize in one area of office services.

Key functions include but are not limited to:

General Office Support
  • Reception/administraitve office management
  • Parcel intake, scanning, distribution and shipping
  • Office orders and supplies
Claims Support
  • Claims intake
  • Claim payment activities
  • Claims inquiries and customer service
Policy Service Support
  • Electronic billing and aging
  • Account inquiries and investigation
  • Customer contact management
Board Administrative Support
  • Board Event coordination, minute-taking and agenda creation
  • Invoice processing
  • Website development and content management
Qualifications:
  • Required High School diploma or GED, Post-secondary education preferred
  • Required 10-key by touch experience
  • Proficient technology skills
  • Preferred MS Office
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred Past office experience
  • Experienced in fast pace environment
  • In-state travel is required for Board Administrative Support.
