TEK Productions is a full-service production company creating immersive experiences in the live show, business meeting and event space.

This position provides support to the business office as well as the production team in the daily operation of TEK Productions. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

  • Provide general office support greeting guests, answering phones, ordering supplies, ship and track packages, and other office duties as assigned
  • Maintain office organization and a clean, functional environment
  • Maintain and schedule conference room space
  • Schedule and organize various internal activities and meetings
  • Provide general support of the production team including organization of show related documentation, materials, and supplies
  • Arrange for crew meals/craft services
  • Works on various special projects or research as directed
  • Assist in arranging and tracking travel, hotel rooms, and ground transportation, as directed
  • Perform errands in personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursable).
  • Available for flexible work schedule, overtime, nights/weekends may be required
  • May be required to assist on show-site, out-of-office

Qualifications

  • Superb organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Proven initiative to complete assignments and meet deadlines
  • Integrity in maintaining confidential information
  • Experience in Microsoft Office computer programs; MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams
  • Previous experience in theatrical, media, entertainment, live event or technical productions is a plus
  • Physical requirements: move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing 30lbs or less; standing or sitting for long periods
