Our company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating our service department and performing administrative work. Some mechanical knowledge is a big plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys organization and customer service – we're really looking for someone who can lead and motivate others to achieve common goals.
This position is Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm. Job is on location at 1240 Vernon Way, El Cajon CA 92020.
Responsibilities:
- Be a great communicator, capable of working well with staff and customers.
- Plan and oversee office operations.
- Manage the work flow within an office.
- Find, hire, and train clerical staff.
- Schedule and monitor appointments.
- Invoice customers for payments.
- Supervise customer deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Quickbooks & accounting knowledge
- Previous shop management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
