Office Manager Job at Joe Wright CPA, PLLC
Joe Wright, CPA, PLLC is a CPA firm with offices in Kernersville and Wallburg, NC. We seek a full-time Office Manager to split time between the two offices, ensuring efficient operations at both locations. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products is required, and extensive experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is strongly preferred. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has demonstrated success in the role of Office Manager. The individual must have excellent organizational skills, be detailed, and bring prior experience performing administrative skills in a professional office setting. Pay is dependent on experience. Duties include tasks such as:
- Maintain accurate client data
- Ensure customer relationship and practice management software is utilized to maximize office efficiency
- Oversee work productivity in both locations, and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide support to visitors/clients
- Interview and train new employees regarding office procedures and policies
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Schedule client appointments and team member meetings as necessary
- Correspond with clients using professional verbal and written communication skills
- Show discretion with confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
