Office Manager Job at Defensive Driving School
Defensive Driving School Kirkland, WA 98033
Monday-Friday 8:45-5:45 (1 hour lunch break)
Hourly Wage: $26

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the amazing admin team of 4-6 people
2. Be the first line of defense with complex customer service issues
3. Liaise between admin team and the Operations Manager/Owners
4. Order/Manage office supplies and forms as needed
5. Provide support for the admin team during busy periods
6. Work with team to create goals/trainings to improve productivity and morale
7. Assist with audits of all locations
8. Help organize and maintain the cleanliness of the office
9. Additional duties as required (printing labels, certificates, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
