Washington Dental Excellence has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a busy, growing practice with a high-functioning team as an Office Manager!
Our small clinic sizes provide strong, supportive teams, yet Cherry Tree Dental gives each clinic the resources for additional tools and resources to provide your patients the best care possible.
What you'll do:
The Dental Office Manager enhances the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent communication and leadership to our offices, employees, and patients. This position will provide a variety of business management, problem-solving, customer service, insurance, and trouble-shooting duties to ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently. The Office Manager is a vital role in the daily operations and the overall productivity of the practice.
What we seek:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in business management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous dental office experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Articulate, detailed and service-oriented individuals
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Demonstrated multitasking abilities and the ability to take initiative in all areas of the clinic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software
Current Patient Care Hours:
Monday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Every other Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Every other Saturday (opposite of the Friday) 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
