We are looking for a reliable part time Office Assistant. We are in search of a well-rounded individual to assist within several areas of our firm: General office duties: Help in the office with scheduling, permitting, database management, CRM, estimating and other tasks as needed. The individual will also assist with answering calls, emails. Digital marketing/ posts for social media platforms as well. Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative duties - Answer Phones, filing, CRM management, light bookkeeping through quickbooks
  • Water feature Maintenance - Scheduling, database management (update spreadsheets)
  • Project permitting- Fill out necessary forms for the town, coordinate with engineer, architect, client and town and follow up through the process until permit is issued
  • Prepare / Process Marketing Material & Social media posts
  • Estimates- send estimates to clients/prospective clients and follow up
  • Assist owner with schedule and follow up after appointments
  • Other duties as requested

Required Experience:

  • Excellent computer skills - with working knowledge of Outlook, Google suite/Word and Excel, (Quickbooks a plus)
  • Mathematically adept
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a team player mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiar with social media posting
  • Experience in landscape, construction industry or pool maintenance a plus
  • Experience applying for building permits a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
